Pollen
Pollen is what we call the bees “bread”. Pollen is collect from the flowers by the honey bees and the bees add their own ingredients including nectar (honey). Pollen contains all the nutrients you need to live: amino acids, high concentration of B vitamins complex Folic Acid, Lactoflavin, Vitamin A,C,E, potassium, magnesium, calcium, copper, iron, silica, phosphorus, sulfur, cholorine, magnese.
